Cuba Collection
Inspired by my solo trip to Cuba, I created a collection of T-shirts as an archive of my trip. Each art piece carries a story and my emotions behind.
It was my intention to print on T-shirts made in USA due to the complicated history between two countries. Good On Crew Tee is selected due to their pigment dyeing colour. The colour fades along with ongoing usage as well as leaves marks like denim. This carries a sense of vintage vibe and distressed look, which aligned to what I experienced in Cuba, where the 50-60s scenes are well preserved till now.

The Archive Project is designed for travellers to customise their products by transforming the signature items from the journey and passport stamps into the one and only portable archive. Its goal is to collect travellers’ stories around the world.

After dyeing the product, it has been washed and dried. As you wear it, the stitches that are jammed loosen and adapt to your body.
* Please note that there are some variations in the colour and size of each dyed product due to its characteristics. In addition, the product's features include a unique vintage look, slight distortion and rubbing, wrinkles in the seam, streaks and unevenness in the knitted fabric. Please enjoy the uneven and raw feeling of the material.

5.5 oz 100% Cotton Jersey made from high quality American cotton
The short crew neck T-shirts are the most basic daily items. It features a comfortable fit that suits the climate of Japan, the size fitting the body of Japanese and Asian, and the solid sewing that is rarely damaged even if you wash repeatedly.
The crew tee is made from high quality American cotton that is gentle on the skin and has excellent strength.
A unique pattern calculates the shrinkage by post-dyeing so that it has the best size specifications. The fabric fits on people by wearing it from the most shrunk state and the sewing that can withstand long wear.
The circular braided body with no seams around the torso is soft and durable, and perfect for causal look.
The reactive dyeing colour is characterised by a calm atmosphere and beautiful colouring, and it has a basic and simple finish, making it easy to wear and elegant. Pigment Dye (Pigment Dye) colour is a unique shade of shade, you can enjoy the feeling of texture and fading due to ageing.

※メタルグレーは先染め糸を織り交ぜる事により霜降りグレーの色を出している混紡生地を使用しています。
